ehhhhh. For one, it calls for too much red onion. I used about a half of one, and it was too much, it adds good flavor, but you'll start to find yourself picking them off when you're half way through. And it really doesn't like BBQ chicken. It is a bit festive looking, I'll give it that(I had had oragne bananananana peppers(banana peppers are the same as pepperonchini peppers)). Picky eaters will probably cover they mouths and hide behind the couch, but I'd say cook it once, but proceed with caution.
