These were very good. Don't forget to allow time to cook and shred the chicken when figuring out total prep time. My husband and I both thought they tasted better the next day cold. It only took about 15 minutes to turn golden brown, so watch the time carefully. Next time I will use more bbq sauce.

Surprisingly delicious! I skipped the cilantro, and used way more barbecue sauce. I wish I'd added more bacon too. Husband wolfed it down, and said he especially enjoyed the crust. He said he'd love to try it with a pepperoni and pizza sauce filling. I made calzones like that before, but with my own pastry crust. They turned out rock hard, and I was really disappointed. I'll definitely be experimenting! Thanks!

This recipe made excellent bbq chicken. My only recommendation would be to roll the pizza crust a little thinner so the edges of the calzone aren't so thick. Great taste.

Absolutely fantabulous!! I would rate it a ten if I could. One recipe the family loved and appreciated. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was wonderful. Extremely easy to make.

We thought this was good, nothing to write home about, but will make again from time to time. Depending on your appetites, 1/2 a calzone might not be enough (DH had a whole one by himself, but I struggled to eat a half). We don't care for cilantro much, so just left it out. Overall, pretty good, would recommend.

Wow, was this filling! We ate 1/2 the calzone and everyone was stuffed, including my two teenage boys! We like our food a little spicy (well, okay, more than a little spicey); so, next time, I'm going to put in more BBQ sauce. We will definitely have this one again!

This recipe was tasty - very easy to make and the chicken and bacon and cheese tasted great together! The only thing I did not care for was the canned pizza crust - it tastes too much like bread, and not enough like pizza dough.

I have fixed this twice. It is easy and tastes wonderful. The second time, I Ieft out the bacon. It was still a huge hit. Both times I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. My family loved it!

Very easy good weeknight meal. I used a bit more bbq sauce and did watch the cook time closely as recommended by others.

Maybe it was just the crust I bought, but I only needed about 12 minutes for it to become nice and golden brown. Good thing I was keeping an eye on it. I don't like bacon, so I skipped all the steps involved there, and instead cooked the chicken in olive oil and then shredded it. I added a bit extra cheese, but forgot the cilantro. It was still very tasty, but I think next time I would take other's suggestions to use green onions.

We are not a fan of this at all....but it may have had more to do with the pizza dough than anything. We used Pillsbury pizza dough....and in the end it was a huge pain in the butt to work with. I rolled out the pizza dough and placed the ingredients on top but unfortunately, some of the other ingredients were still a bit warm (we grilled the chicken) and this essentially melted the pizza dough making it really difficult to work with. We carmelized our onions and did not use any cilantro as DH and I both dislike it. We will not try this dish again, we'll just stick with our standard BBQ chicken pizza.

This was very good. It will be a nice filling dinner on a cold winter day. I added some fresh garlic with the onion. The only thing was since I used chicken breasts that I had to shred I found that the prep time took longer than 20 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe.

Amazing! My family wanted to eat only this for 3 days! I could not make it as fast as they were eating it. When I ran out of chicken I made it with ground turkey. They loved that just as much!

Delicious, easy, and fun...I skipped the onion , and prepped the filling ahead...my son loves to help with dinner, so he filled, and folded for me to put in the oven...definitely a keeper
