Ingredients

  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix, plus ingredients on box (eggs and oil only, no water)
  • 1 (10 fluid ounce) can BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri mix, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) container icing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix box cake according to directions on box, except substitute BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri mix for amount of water indicated on box.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and then ice cake.

It is very sweet but works great as cupcakes or mini cupcakes!
