I made this smoothie with some minor alterations for my husband and I, and we both agreed it was delicious! I used strawberry yogurt, skipped the sugar altogether, reduced the vanilla to 1 tsp, and added a banana and a handful blueberries as well. It had both great flavor and texture - not to mention nutritional value. We will certainly be making this recipe again and again.

I found this smoothie to be pretty bland, and lacking in strawberry flavor. It did have a nice, frothy consistency, though. I substituted honey for the sugar, and added a little less, because honey is much sweeter! I also had to cut back on the amount of ice, because the smoothie was somewhat tasteless. I ended up adding about five extra strawberries, and even so, I've tasted better smoothies. Sorry, but I won't be making this again!

This smoothie is delicious! We added a banana, used lowfat vanilla yogurt instead of plain, and left out the vanilla extract. I think you could even leave out the sugar if you have good quality fruit.

Took several suggestions from other reviewers. Used low fat vanilla yogurt, 1 Equal packet, 1 tsp vanilla extract and added banana. Had to forward this to friends before I even finished it.

This was very delicious. I used soy milk instead and added some ground flax seed for omega 3's and to be more filling. Also it was very thick so I also added some orange juice. Very good and simple. Will definitely make again!

I've never been much of a smoothie drinker or breakfast eater but I just might have to rethink that after having this. For me to eat a few strawberries, a glass of milk and some yogurt is too much effort and not all that appealing, but blending them altogether is a whole other story. I used cherry-vanilla yogurt and just a smidge of Equal, and I think the vanilla really contributed to the flavor too. I appreciated the lightness of it - very refreshing and goes down easy. This was simple, but excellent.

Quick and Easy recipe...Used 7 Large fresh strawberries, 1 very ripe banana and fat free vanilla yogurt. My 3 year old son doesn't like yogurt and my 15 month old daughter doesn't like fruit, but both of them like this!! Good way to get them to eat healthy stuff!! Thanks for sharing - will definitely use other fruits this summer!

This was a quick and delicious smoothie to make! We had some strawberries around the house, and I really wanted a smoothie. I tweaked the recipe a bit- used strawberry yogurt instead of plain or vanilla, as it was on sale at the store- and it was really good! I used the same amount of the other ingredients as the recipe called for.

I made this 3 times trying hard to find the 4 1/2 rating it ranks. The original way, with a banana and with a banana and flavored yogurt. Each time we felt it was just O.K.
