This recipe was delicious even when I used low fat ingredients! I found it's better if you rip up the tortillas into smaller pieces. If you like mexican, you'll enjoy this dish!

This was really good. It could use some more spice though. Next time I know that I am going to make this, I will make it the night after I make chicken so that it will be even faster to make.
