I thought it was a good recipe. I added hamburger instead of chicken, and one can of enchilda sauce instead of 2. =-)

Good stuff! I left out the corn due to kids tastes and served frozen cooked corn on the side. It was easy to make and very tastey.

I love this recipe, it was quick and easy to make and it tasted woderful. I don't like corn so I used kidney beans instead, but it still tasted great.

Nothing special. No complaints really - just nothing to rave about.

very good. next time I'll use hot rather than mild enchilda sauce to give it more zing. I also put extra cheese and green onions on top 5 min. before it was done to add color.

Great "Basic" Recipe ... I made a few alterations. I swapped Taco Sauce for the enchillada sauce and added a layer of white rice mixed w/ mexican black beans ... delicious!

Instead of using whole pieces of chicken, I cut them into pieces. This has made a difference. I have used hard tortillas, as I had trouble finding soft. However I would reccommend this recipe to anyone.

Good recipe. I replace half the sour cheese with cream cheese and only use one can of the sauce.

I had a lady from India over for dinner. I wanted to serve something she would be able to eat. I topped with sliced jalapeno peppers just before serving. My guest liked it a lot and, she does not like american food.

I thought that the idea of this recipe was good. There were no instructions on how the chicken should be used (ie-diced, chopped, shredded) so I just shredded it. Also, there was no instruction on what to do with the extra enchilada sauce, so I just poured some over each layer. Overall it was good, but took just as much work as regular enchiladas would!

It tasted great, but it looked kind of like gruel with corn in it. I think if we make it again, we'll roll it up in some tortillas for the eye appeal.

Added black olives and diced tomato to the chicken and sour cream mixture. Made it for Mothers Day dinner and everyone seemed to enjoy.

This was a good recipe, I'll probably make it again. It's easy, and I cooked my chicken in a crock pot the night before to save time. I also used a regualr sauce and one made with green chili. It was very good, but it is a heavy(hearty) meal...

I did not enjoy this casserole very much. The tortillas got so soggy that they almost disappeared. It was pretty mushy. Crushed tortilla chips on top were a great improvement, though.

I made this recipe last year and it was delicious. I think I took the advice of some of the other posters and used only 1 can of sauce. My step-son said that it smelled like a Mexican restaurant in our house. We loved it! Thanks Karen!

I changed this to be real enchiladas. rolled them up with the ingridients including red peppers. Also bought a rotisserre chicken at the meat dept saved time. Used sharp cheddar cheese, yummy. Boyfriend really liked it. Make alot.

This recipe passed the ultimate test...my kids loved it! They even ask for me to make it on a regular basis and will ask for leftovers. The only thing I did differently, was that I layered everything instead of mixing it together. I've made it with both hamburger meat and chicken.
