WOW! Try it! Try it! My family LOVES this. I have made many many corn casserole recipes over the years-all more time consuming-but this is truly awesome AND easy. I have made it several times already. I think it would make a delicious and quick sidedish at Thanksgiving when time is at a premium.

I have been looking for a corn casserole recipe similar to one that I tasted in Memphis, TN, and I think I found it with this one! Talk about comfort food, this fits the bill. I'm definitely going to add this recipe to my Thanksgiving menu!

This is a great recipe. I doubled it for Thanksgiving, the casserole dish was empty when dinner was finished. Every person at the table (kids and adults) commented on how delicious this dish was. It is very, very, very easy to prepare and looks so nice when it comes out of the oven all brown and puffed up!

This recipe is wonderful!!! I made it for thanksgiving and everyone raved. It was very easy to make. I have had corn casserole before but never one as good as this. This recipe is definatly a keeper!

I made this dish for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. It was so EASY to make!! Everyone asked me to make it at Christmas. With this easy of a recipe, how could I say no.
