This casserole got rave reviews from the other guests at our med school student Thanksgiving. We weren't able to go home, so we all brought the things we were missing and this was mine. So easy and so good!

I thought this tasted awesome. Even my mom liked it and she never has anything good to say about anything. Definitely going to be a keeper recipe! And I normally don't change recipes to my liking but everyone said it needed sugar. I just added maybe a TBS of Honey because I was out of sugar. I think with or without it, that I would still enjoy this recipe! Thanks!

This was great! I added 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon hot pepper relish, 1 tablespoon sweet pepper relish and 1/2 cup mexican cheese blend. Cooked for 35 minutes and took it out to put 1/2 cup more mexican cheese blend on top and then sprinkled a generous amount of French's Fried Onions on top for the last ten minutes. WOW! Everyone wanted the recipe. This is great because you can add just about anything you like to it and it still turns out perfect. :)

I read this recipe and read the reviews. One reviewer had mentioned that she substituted cream cheese for the sour cream. One other reviewer had mentioned chopped green chilies. So, I doubled the recipe, added two cans of chopped green chilies. I used cream cheese instead of sour cream. I used four cups of frozen super sweet corn instead of canned corn. I ran hot water over the frozen corn and let it drain. I added one teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I baked the 13x9 pan of corn pudding for one hour at 350 degrees. I took it to Sunday dinner with the family and got RAVES!!! It is now my favorite side dish recipe.

Awesome, easy and just plain good! I made this dish for my family at Thanksgiving and everyone raved and wanted the recipe... no leftovers here! Though the dish is delicious I think I'll stick to only making it at Thanksgiving and for company because it does have an entire stick of butter! hah

I made this for Thanksgiving this year and it was a huge hit! It was everyone's favorite side dish on the table, by far. I've gotten several requests to make this for family members who want to sit down and eat the entire pan! The greatest part about this recipe is that it really is easy -- I don't think it's even possible to mess it up! I'm going to try adding some green veggies next time to change things up.

This was easy, quick, inexpensive and I did receive one or two compliments on it last Thanksgiving. But, I have to say, it just wasn't very exciting. It was bland and too sweet at the same time.

I tried this recipe because of the awesome reviews it got and after making this for Thanksgiving, I agree! It was a hit and I'll definitely make it again! I doubled the recipe and cooked it for 90 minutes and it was perfect.

This was good, but it seemed to be missing something. The flavor wasn't all there. I'm not sure what could be added to complete it, but it was all eaten regardless.

I don't know what I did wrong, but I really didn't like this, at all. I used the recipe, as originally shown, adding ONLY a cup of chopped onions. I found dish to be overly sweet for a dinner meal and it was more like eating a dessert. Not a good dessert, but a dessert. Even if I would add less sugar, though, I suspect that I'd not enjoy this.

Very Good! Lowered fat by cutting butter in 1/2 and leaving some juice from canned corn. Used reduced fat sour cream. Added 1 can of green chile's but will cut that in next time, overpowered the flavor.

I made this recipe for the first time this Thanksgiving, but I changed it a little and it turned out fine. I used a can of corn, a can of peas and carrots, instead of creamed corn, and added half can of cream of chicken soup, along with the sour cream and eggs, and butter. I sprinkled cheddar cheese on top. I would like to know if anyone has made changes like this before? The recipe turned out good, and everyone liked it.
