This was perfect! It was so simple and quick to make and even my picky eaters absolutely loved it. The only alteration that I made was to add some onion flake to the glaze while it was cooking as some other reviewers had suggested.

I have used thin pork chops and chicken breast that I pounded thinner. I also added a bit of minced garlic to the honey sauce. Yummy recipe!

This was fabulous! I didn't have a lot of pan drippings because I used lean loin of pork. To compensate, I had to add some more butter for my sauce. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. Suggestion: Use a quality cut thin pork chop or slices from a pork loin and this will come out much better.

Absolutely awesome! I didn't change the recipe at all... In the past, I've gone light on the salt and pepper with the flour for dredging, not this time. It made SUCH a difference! The honey/pecan mixture is great! Even wonderful as leftovers...if you don't have enough honey/pecan left, just add a little honey when you microwave it. Will make again -Oh, only change I made was slicing the loin into 1/2" pieces instead of pounding thin (personal preference).

Wow, was this good! The only changes I made were as follows: 1. I used extra virgin olive oil instead of butter (it's better for us) 2. I omitted the pecans because I don't like nuts. The oil and honey mixture provided a really good glaze. It was wonderful. You could easily substitute any kind of meat. I want to try it with chicken next time. It was wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!

So easy, but delicious! Got RAVE reviews from family! I used pepper and garlic salt in my flour and pounded it in. I doubled the butter to cook the pork in. After taking the pork out, I looked in the pan and there is still no way I was going to be able to mix 1/4 cup of honey in the pan, so following others advise, I added a little less than 1/4 cup of chicken broth. I toasted my pecans in the oven for a few min, added them to the pan and cooked only long enough to heat thru (reading other reviews, I didn't want hard candy for my pork chops!) Thanks for making me look like a gourmet chef!

A DEFINITE KEEPER FOR THE WINTER MONTHS. The only modification I did was adding a few Tblsp of maple syrup. I think this would have been great with some sweet potato in the middle of December.

I didn't care for this. My husband liked it.. but not sure if it was because he was starving. One of my two kids liked it.It was easy to make, but was missing that special something. I will not make this again

I really enjoy this recipe, although I think that giving it a star rating is somewhat iffy, given that I've never made the recipe as is. Based on other reviews I always add anywhere from 1/4-1/2 cup of (veg) broth as well as some soya sauce, and white wine or cooking sherry. Another addition I make, that I don't think I've seen here is adding apples. I usually chop them up and heat them through with the honey and pecans. Once everything has been cooked and mixed together, I use the oven to finish the dish off.
