I tested the reciepe frist for my family, before bringing it to the holiday get-together and they loved it. At the get-together there were no leftovers and people were asking me for the receipe.

I used fresh broccoli and placed it in boiling water for about 3 Min. Itook it to my bunko group and to the inlaws on Thanksgiving and the majority liked it . Thanks

My husband and daughter thought this casserole was awful! My 4 year was so happy to be helping prepare the meal, I thought for sure she would eat it, not so. Too much mayonnaise!!!

I make this casserole for my family but I add some pepperidge farm stuffing to it... kids will eat it better if not such a strong broccoli taste. They think they are eating stuffing instead of broccoli.

Fantastic side dish! Pleases everyone everytime! I substitute frozen chopped onions (so I don't have to 'cry' from cutting them!) and it works great!
