Easy to make and good flavor. I used fresh broccoli so the finished dish was a little too firm for my family. I'll use the frozen next time or steam the fresh broccoli first.

Thanks for a great recipe! I took the advice of 1/2c mayo & 1/2 c. sour cream and omitted salt and pepper. I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen and it was perfect! Thanks again.

This is pretty good. I made it as an entree by adding chopped ham and served over noodles. I used the low fat soup and low fat mayo. As an entree there was too much broccoli. Will cut that back to 1 pkg. Was too salty with ham and will try chicken next time.

I'm not a big broccoli & cheese fan, but I decided to give this recipe a try for christmas. It was soooo good. My family loved it, including my 18 month old who is a picky eater. He gobbled it up! Thank you for this recipe!

I made this recipe for Christmas dinner, and was soooo impressed. I was a bit intimidated by the amount of mayo, but followed other reviewers advice and left it in. I also added a little more cheese (velveeta), and used cream of onion soup, and left out the actual onion. It was the best Brocoli and cheese casserole I've ever had. My family raved and my husband has asked for it again and it's only 2 days since Christmas! Thanks Staci!

I'm thrilled with this recipe! This is my first review and I've been using allrecipes for years, I just HAD to review this! My favorite recipe of all time is broccoli rice casserole which is similar to this but just has cream of mushroom- no mayo. Since starting a low carb diet I could no longer enjoy my favorite dish. I'm so glad I found this- it tastes very much like my old favorite except for the mayo flavor (which lowers the carbs tremendously) and I can indulge. I don't eat a lot and I had 2 large servings of it today. Wonderful!!! I think other veggies and cheeses would be good as well and I might play around with other soups since cream of mushroom is rather high in carbs but still isn't too high that I went over. Thanks so much!

I really can't understand why everyone loves this recipe so much. It wasn't bad-but nothing special. To me, it just tasted like regular old brocolli and cheese with a hint of mayo. So, for those of you hoping to be a hit at the holiday dinner table-I'd suggest doing something different. It's fine for a regular side dish but nothing spectacular.

Easy and Delicious! Absolutely no changes are necessary for this recipe to turn out perfectly. My husband found this recipe years ago and we have loved it everytime we've made it! Thanks, Stacy!

True to its name, this dish is AWESOME! I only had 16 oz of broccoli and used Miracle Whip salad dressing, about 1/3 cup, 4 slices of Kraft American Singles sliced up instead of the grated cheddar, ommitted the salt and pepper, and it came out just wonderful. Mmmmm...I will definitely make this again!!!

This was a very quick and easy broccoli dish. My two year old granddaughter could not get enough. She kept saying "more brocci, more brocci".

It takes a long time of searching for me to find "good" recipes to put in my book. This was DEFINATELY a keeper!!! My kids (ages 1,3,5) LOVE this! So does my husband! It says it serves 8....not at my house! I do cook this as a side dish but its still ALL GONE between the 5 of us!

There are several variations of this casserole, and they all really do go hand in hand. I like mine either with cauliflower thrown in their or with rice. Sharp cheddar really does come through in the casserole. We like to use cheese whiz in ours, but this is a nice change of pace too. You would think this would be a kid friendly dish...you know the cheese and all, but sometimes I think my 4 year old was born without taste buds. Oh well, gonna keep trying. Thanks for submitting.
