Delicious! I added rice to make this more of a filling dish, we liked it, ate dinner with the neighbors and they couldn't get enough of it!

This is a gareat side dish. I used the low sodium soup, lite mayo, and only the egg white instead of what the regular and you couldn't tell the difference.

This recipe is super tasty and really easy to make. I substituted silken tofu for the mayonnaise (you can use regular/medium too depending on the texture you prefer). Serve with wild rice and you've got a hearty meal!

This is one of the best broccoli-cheese casseroles I've ever had! No modifications necessary!

I've made this several times and we all love it. I make a few changes though. Instead of 1 cup mayonnaise, I add 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream. I also bump up the cheese to 12 oz., instead of only 8 oz. I also add a butter cracker topping using crushed ritz or other butter crackers, about 20 of them, and 2 Tbsp of melted butter. We like a crunchy topping.

Served this for Xmas and everyone loved it. I used fresh broccoli which worked just fine. This would be great for a pot luck as well but is elegant enough for a festive occasion. Terrific!

This is a 'staple' casserole for us. We like Colby cheese instead of cheddar and smash up most of a tube of Ritz crackers for a topping/crust.

This recipe just wasn't cheesy enough for me. I found that the cheese didn't really mix well into the soup mixture. It left me wishing that I would have just melted some velveeta and added it to the broccoli.

This is really yummy. I crumbled up Ritz crackers on the top before I baked it and that really made this casserole! I brought this to a dinner and everyone was asking for the recipe.

I made this for Thanksgiving. It was a hit! I used fresh broccoli instead of the frozen. I also used 1/2 c light sour cream & 1/2 c fat free mayo.

I HAVE to make this every Thanksgiving and Christmas as it is my Mother's absolute favorite. My mother-in-law also requested the recipe after having it this year. It is delicious and so easy to make.

I must have done something wrong. Maybe I bought a bad batch of broccoli. The liquid didn't evaporate so it was soupy. I had made this to bring to a Thanksgiving dinner....

This is the same recipe my grandmother handed down to me and it is always a hit. I use Italian seasoned stuffing for the topping and dot wth butter.
