This was easy to make, but pretty mediocre taste-wise. I liked it more than everyone else did. Probably will keep searching for that "perfect" broccoli casserole recipe.

I loved how simple this was. The taste was good, it wasn't too dry..it was just perfect. The only thing that I added was I put crushed buttery crackers on top and then cooked it, just for some added crunch.

My husband hated this and he loves Broccoli-cheese casserole. All he said is Mayo and what else is in it.

What good comfort food should be. Had it for Thanksgiving and the kids devoured it. Made a few modifications though. Used broccoli soup, instead of mushroom. Used four cups of fresh broccoli. Added 1/2 cup more of sharp cheddar. Used only 1/2 a cup of mayo and omitted the extra salt. Topped with onion straws and some bacon. The consistency was more like a quiche but delicious nonetheless. Definite crowd pleaser!

This has become one of my regulars. I cut back on the may to 3/4 cup and top casserole with some breadcrumbs. Delicious.

This IS an awesome casserole, even if my waistline does not thank you for it! Too rich to make often, but well worth the extra trips to the gym.

Very Good! Do be sure to cut down the mayo, it was overpowering. I used 3/4 a cup and it was still too much.

Fixed this for Easter lunch and was very disappointed. It tasted ok I guess but it did not look like something you would want to eat. The egg or mayo or something looked like it was curdled. No one was asking me for this recipe. I'll have to keep looking for a broccoli recipe.

This was quite a nice side dish, fairly easy to make and tasty. It was quite a pretty-looking dish as well, that would look nice on a buffet. The kids all loved it, so this would be great if you had picky kids and wanted to try and get some more green veggies into them.

i've made something like this in the past only a little different! but it's just as good, if not a little bit better...sorry bout that! what i do is cook up a bunch of rice and in the mayo-soup mix, add some curry powder to it. i think mix some of it in with the rice and then put down my chicken and broccoli and then spread the rest of the mayo-soup mix on top of that and then put some crushed potato chips or crackers on top of that and then a bunch of cheese....i love it that way! but this is also really good! thanks for a great recipe. i'm always looking for new ones!!!

I have a recipe for Broccoli Casserole that I've used for years but takes much longer to prepare and not half as delicious!! Of course, when any recipe calls for cheese, I at least double it. Everyone I've ever served this to absolutely loves it! Thank you for sharing.

Served at Thanksgiving and it was a major hit, especially with the teenagers!! I did use half mayo and sour creme because I thought the flavors would blend better and they did. This will be a staple for any large gathering, it was delicious, thank you for sharing.
