Okay, I'm not a chef by any stretch of the imagination, but this is the recipe I make for all my family's get togethers. I'm only 19, but I've been making it for the past couple years on my own, it's pretty much a "throw it in a bowl, mix, bake" sorta thing. I make it according to the written recipe, no extra salt needed, really.
Perfect for vegetarians (it's got so much flavor!!) and meat-eaters alike. It's got plenty of substance to it, not a light dish. I've made it with and without breadcrumbs on the edges. Always a hit!!
