Mmmmm. Puts peach cobblers to shame, haha. The crust is uniqe, cakey-pudding-y, and envelopes the peaches. The cream cheese topping is perfect: you get the fabulous flavor without it overwhelming the whole pie. I'd love to try this with mandarin oranges/pineapple, and topped with toasted coconut, but this pie needs no changes for a first-rate dessert. Thank you very much for sharing :)

This pie is quick and easy to make and it tastes great. I wouldn't call it the most impressive looking desert but served alongside vanilla ice cream, it is guest worthy.

5 stars for sure-I put this recipe aside thinking how good could a dessert taste with canned peaches...Well I'm so glad I gave it a try because it is to die for. What a treat to find a not so average dessert that tastes so fabulous. I used a can of diced peaches instead of sliced(all I had) and only sprinkled maybe half the sugar/cinnamon mixture on top and baked for 30 minutes and it was perfect. I'm not sure why others crust didn't turn out right because mine was perfect without pre-baking. It's not suppose to be like a standard pie crust. Also make sure to use a 10 inch pie plate because I think most standard pie plates they make now are 9 inch and that could be why the crusts are not coming out so great. Leave out some of the crust mixture if that's the case. You will love this-don't pass it up like I did!

i thought that the filling of this pie was terrific however i thought that the crust had a strange texture and taste. Next time that i bake this dessert i will either incorporate a standard pie crust or nutty crust. Even a shortbread crust would lend itself to this peaches and cream filling.

I had fresh peaches from here in East Texas. I put a little sugar over sliced peaches and made the syrup needed to add with cream cheese. Delicious!!

This is an old standby of mine -- also delicious if you use canned pineapple instead of peaches!

This recipe was fabulous! I followed some suggestions and pre-baked the crust for 10 minutes and drained the peaches thoroughly. We ate this dessert warm. Amazing! One day if I'm patient I may try it chilled! Excellent! Thank you!

Turned out well, made it as recipe was written and didn't feel the crust needed to be pre-cooked. A bit too much cinnamon and sugar on the top- I really liked it, but I'd probably reduce it by half. Also I needed to cook it the full length of the cooking time for the center of the cream cheese to set.

YUM-YUM-YUM! I had high expectations for this, due to all of the positive reviews, and this recipe exceeded them. Super easy to make and super delicious! The cinnamon-sugar topping is a complimentary touch!

I made this last night for some guys helping out around the house. They seemed to like it. I only had instant pudding and that seemed to only matter in the consistancy of the crust. It was not pourable like the instructions say. Anyone else used both and know the difference?
