Great summer dessert! My husband ate two slices in a row. The Crust is a bit bland. I might try adding ginger next time.

Really good. I followed exactly and liked it, but I agree it is best the second day.I rated 4 because the salt is too much I will cut it down next time.

Wow. I wanted to try this recipe when a few of the gals were coming over for the evening. I knew serving a non-chocolate dessert to this group might be risky, so I made a very chocolaty cake along with this recipe. My chocolate loving friends were converted! This cake (not a pie in my book) was wonderful. I baked it in a 9 inch springform pan instead of a pie dish and it came out wonderfully. It was easy AND it tasted good - all of the choc-o-holics asked for the recipe. Thanks!

I was skeptical on using fruit and cream cheese together, but because of the reviews, I had faith that it would turn out great. It did! It is totally awesome!! I will be making this again and again! Thank you!

I think I figured it out. I did not use a 10 inch pan(My fault)- I used a 9 inch deep dish. What a disaster. After 35 minuted I could tell the middle was still extremely soupy so I ended up baking for a total of 50 minutes and it did not burn but was still completely gushy in the middle. I figured maybe it needed to cool and "set" over night in the fridge or something. Nope. Still liqiudy 10 hours later. I followed EXACT I thought. Didn't realize the pan size. My ovens are accurate and I've been baking since I was 9. I know what I'm doing. I'll give it two stars hoping it was just the pan size confusion but I doubt it.

This pie is a great twist from the normal peach cobbler. It looks and smells great! The only thing I would do differently is cut back on the salt (I used 1/2 tsp. kosher salt instead of regular salt). I could definitely taste the salt in the crust. I followed the recipe exactly and everything else was fine.

Very tasty and really easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly except for the 10" pan, I only had a 9.5 and it was just fine for me. I can't wait to make this one for more of my family & friends!

Love it! I made it in the springform pan and used fresh peaches. This stuff is so good I could not wait for it to cool all the way I ate it while it was still warm. The best peach cobbler/pie dessert ever!

This tastes really good. I agree that it isn't really a pie. Well it's like custard/pie/cheesecake. When I cut it it was hard to keep it together. The ingredients sort of slithered off of the crust. Maybe I need to let it set longer though. I also baked the crust for 10 minutes before I added the ingredients. The recipe calls for too much of the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I didn't put it all on. I'm gonna experiment with this because despite the problems I had with it, it tasted so dang good!
