I made this to go with pulled pork and it was awesome. I made this as directed except I used bagged lettuce. I used it today, for a wedding I was cooking for. Changed the serving size to 80 and it still tastes awesome. Can't wait till we eat it tomorrow.

AMAZING!!! So good!! I didn't have onions on hand the day I tried this recipe but other than that I really didn't have to change a thing, which is unusual for me. Great recipe and my BBQ guests completely agreed!

Pretty darn delicious. I used one bag of shredded cabbage and recalculated the servings at 8 (about 6 cups of cabbage). It was so good 2 of us ate 1/2 of it. Ooops!

Excellent cold slaw recipe. I added a bit of zing by adding about 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard. Really good!

Well, this is it - the perfect cole slaw recipe (in my humble opinion). I have made it 4 times now and just love it - it is always best on top of pulled pork sandwiches. It does remind me of KFC's slaw but I like it much better because I prepared it myself and feel confident in eating it!! It is sweet with a good bite and I seriously can't stop eating once I start. Thanks for the great recipe!!
