Ingredients

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 fresh peach - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix together the avocado, peach, and onion in a bowl. Pour the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Toss the mixture until evenly coated.
