Really good - I like to add more mango and some red bell pepper when I have it

I've made this several times and it gets even better the next day. Tastes WONDERFUL on fish too!! My family now requests this regularly and everywhere I take it, I am asked by SOMEONE for the recipe. Absolutely delicious!! I noticed someone made a comment about the oil. Consumption of Olive Oil can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease so please don't be afraid to use it :)

This was good. I used a serrano pepper b/c that was all I had and it was spicy! This was very good. It did not keep well in the refrigerator though - I would recommend making a small batch if you don't have a lot of people eating it. Thanks for the recipe.

I cannot count the number of times I've made this recipe. Whenever I go somewhere, or have people over - I make it. The combination of the tangy mango and cilantro flavour with the mild flavour of the avocado is absolutely delicious.

This salsa is absolutely FABULOUS!!! We had it on my bland leftover porkchops and it jazzed it up perfectly! All of my picky children loved it with tortilla chips. The other reviewers were right about doubling the recipe, this is definitely a new family favorite. Thanks!

My husband really wanted some mango salsa and this recipe was great! It had a wonderful flavor. I hand chopped everything and didnt use onions. I think I'll try this recipe without the avacado to see how it works, since the avacado does turn a little brown.

WARNING: YOU NEED TO DOUBLE THE RECIPE. BECAUSE YOU WILL EAT HALF OF IT BEFORE SERVING IT. This was fantastic. And I have nothing more or less to say. except we served this salsa over grilled salmon. mmmmmm

I am trying to be more adventerous and am trying to eat things that I haven't before. I was afraid to make this...I have never cut up a jalapeno or avacado before and don't even really like avacado's. I was even more afraid to taste this salsa when it was done and it is totally delicious!! I made this exactly as directed. I love the fresh lime juice in it and will be serving this salsa to many people to come!! :)

Yummy, this was perfect. The only thing I did was add a sprinkle of paprika! It was good with some feta sprinkled on top too (I did not add it to the full mixture) I will be making this a lot come spring and summer time! Served it with wholewheat chips.

Fantastic salsa recipe! I used canned tomatos, so I only used 1 tsp olive oil, and the consistency was perfect. This recipe is great for a party anytime of year!

This is a staple in my home!! We love to have this with Cajun grilled Salmon and jasmine rice and then enjoy the leftovers with tortilla chips for days after! Soo good. I do reduce the amount of olive oil to 1 TBSP and I add a bit extra jalapeno (we like our food with some kick!) It's a great make-ahead too, as it's even better the next day. Make this for company and they will be begging for the recipe!

Soo good!! I served it as condiment to my Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada (from this website) but next time I would increase the amount of chili since we like our salsa really spicy spicy :) thank you!
