This is excellent and even good as a snack. My 1 year old daughter loves it and it's good for her! A few things though... make sure you buy a mango that's ripe but not too ripe or it's stringy when you try to cut it. And the same goes for the avocado... not too ripe or it gets very squishy or sometimes turns into a paste when you mix everything together. Still tastes excellent but the presentation is not the same.

I just made this salsa. It was so good! I used 2 avoc. and only 1 tom. and added one cucumber seeded, left out the olive oil and used to limes. All my hispanic friends couldn't stop talking about it! (used my vidalia small dice)

Everyone loved this salsa. I used a can of sliced jalapenos, it was a bit on the spicy side. I also took peoples advace and used 2 avacados it was the perfect amount. Next time I think I'll leave out the olive oil, there was enough juice without it, so why add the extra fat.

MMMMM! Very good salsa. I brought this to a weekend camping trip and it was gone in minutes even though I made a double batch! The only thing I left out was the cilantro as I didnt have any and it was still delicious! Thanks for the recipe! It is a keeper.

Great salsa. I didn't add the oil and couldn't taste the avocado but the flavor combination is great. I am going to try this with pineapple as well. Very refreshing summer dip or chicken/fish accompaniment. Thank you for sharing!

Wow, I wish I could give this ten stars! I made the recipe almost exactly, leaving out the cilantro since I'm not a big fan and didn't have any on hand and using just three tomatoes since that's what I had. I served this over some grilled chicken and corncakes and was licking the plate!

I made this to accompany salmon and it was awesome! Everyone just loved it. It was perfect with the salmon. I made a few modifications: omitted the salt and oil, and added lemon juice and white balsamic vinegar. I also used a poblano pepper because of the recent jalapeno recall. That also worked out well because poblano’s are milder and I was making it for a lot of people and didn’t want too much heat. It is very easy to make: just peel the mangoes with a potato peeler, and cut the (unpeeled) avocado lengthwise into segments, remove the pit, and cut into cubes. I also think next time I will add the avocado right before serving as it tends to turn to mush. I will definitely make it again. Thank you!

Followed the recipe exactly, it tasted light, fresh, and healthy! The jalapeno we used wasn't very spicy, so next time, we'll try 2. Also, I will add another mango to the recipe next time. Thanks!

SOOO good!!! My fiance and I are enjoying it as I review this. I did use 2 mangoes instead of one like somebody else's review had said, and it turned out wonderfully!

Great salsa, everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I changed a couple things after making this once and added a half an avocado extra to the recipe and removed the juice and seeds from the tomatoes before dicing them to make the salsa less juicy. Thanks!
