This stuff is so good. I changed up the ratios just a bit and added 2 avocados and only 3 tomatoes since it's not tomato season right now. I mixed it all together and realized I forgot the olive oil but I tasted it and it was SO good I decided it didn't need it. It's super simple and really healthy. Make sure you make it just before you want to serve it cause it won't keep well at all. That doesn't matter though because it will be eaten very quickly.

I had been passing this recipe up because the combination of tomato and mango sounded gross to me. I finally decided to give it a try and I'm SO glad I did. I found out I didn't have any fresh cilantro on hand so instead I used a tablespoon of dry which I mixed with the lime juice and oil and then mixed in with the rest. What a great combination of sweet/salty and spicy! I served it with sliced chicken and brown rice. I'll be making this again and again!

Best salsa I have ever had!! I will make it again! It's fruity, but still spicy. My friend and I made it for a movie night and the only person who said they didn't like it didn't actually try it. :P

I made this for my husband to take to a work pot-luck and he said it practically evaporated out of the bowl! Tons of complements and requests for the recipe. It's so beautiful and colorful, I'll be making this a lot this year!

This was excellent. I used hot sauce instead of a jalapeno because I don't like them. Other than that, I did the recipe as is. It was a little bit soupy at the bottom, but the flavor was to die for. We used it in some fajitas we made for dinner and it was fabulous. We will be making this again.

I've made this several times and it's always a hit. We generally just serve it with tortilla chips - or just eat it with a spoon.

Diet tip: You don't need to add the oil. Delete it and you can eat it guilt free as it is then a mixture of fresh fruit and vegetables. What a mixture it is - so delicious. Of course leave in the oil if you want the health benefits! I used a large jalapeno pepper and thought I could still handle a bit more heat so will try more next time. Also will add a bit more lime juice as I found the flavor a bit too subtle and want more of it. I used Mango but next time I will try pineapple as the Mango was hard to dice without it turning mushy. Overall a delicious fresh treat!

great flavor. Made it a couple of different times over the holidays and everyone raved. The mango and cilantro makes it fresh and flavorful but not sweet. The lime juice keeps the avacado nice and fresh. Although you can make it ahead of time the chopping is VERY time consuming and is a real negative to the recipe, but the enjoyment is worth it!

This is one of the best recipes I've ever tried from allrecipes. I served this- without any changes- atop grilled salmon. The combination of flavors is amazing!

I LOVE this salsa! You can top fish with it, or like we did-eat it all before the fish is done with corn chips! Amazing!

Very good! However, if you don't like your salsa too spicy I wouldn't the whole jalapeno in. The spice was perfect for me but my boyfriend tends to like his food mild and although he loved the salsa, it was a little to spicy for him.
