This is really delicious! I doubled the recipe and just put two garlic cloves and it was more than enough. My friend at work said I could make it and sell it, but it does require a lot of chopping. Sure is eye appealing too.

I made this salsa for a Bday party for my brother-in-law and it was a big hit. I had never used a mango before and it was quite a feat for me to peel and dice. Now that I know how to prepare a mango, it will take alot less time. I used 2 mangos and 2 avocados. Everything else remained the same. Everyone wanted the recipe. Will definitely make again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but unfortunately my mango wasn't ripe and it didn't really add to the flavor. Next time I'll let my mango ripen a while longer!

I never leave a review but I have to say this was an excellent salsa! Mine was chunky but I stayed true to the recipe. It was a hit at our housewarming! I will definitely make this over the summer. Thank you for a lovely recipe!

Huge success! I was looking at another recipe, got them confused, and accidentaly added pineapple. No one thought it was a mistake. They all loved! We served it with mahi mahi that we grilled. Delicious! Will use this recipe again!

I served this with Chilean Sea Bass and it was great. I squeezed out the tomato seeds like some people suggested and I like how that turned out. I was also afraid that the mango I used was too tart and the avocado was not ripe enough, so I added three ripe kiwis. I have to say that the kiwi added a little sweetness that blended well with the rest of the salad. It would taste great with homemade baked tortilla chips too.

We loved this recipe! We all eat salsa like a main dish and we all had a huge bowlful, except my brother who doesn't like onions. I didn't care for the cilantro; I think I'll do parsley next time.

I made this for my bf and his friend last night and it was great! I'm not an avocado and mango person, but all the flavors mixed really well, I was impressed. It went great with chicken fajitas! Thanks for sharing!
