I received a lot of compliments for this Salsa. I didnt use a jalapeno pepper, but used cayenne pepper. And I used a sweet onion instead of red. It was more time consuming than I thought, but it turned out great. Very colorful presentation.

Added extra mango and it was fantastic. Used by itself, with white fish, with grilled chicken, on tortilas! Great with just about anything!

this is awesome, tropical salad as my husband call it.the garlic do punch,i suggest to just control your salt,my family really dont like salty or maybe our taste are just light on salt, and try to put onion in microwave oven for 1min to reveal its sweetness.great recipe thank you!

I have made this so many times since the first time I made this, and I usually just use dried cilantro, but that last tiem I made it I followed the recipe and used fresh cilantro, and I must say with dried cilantro it is 5 stars, but with fresh it is off the charts!! I will only use fresh cilantro from now on. It is defintely a must.

My family LOVES this salsa. I leave out the jalapenos and oil, and it still tastes great. I agree that homegrown or veggie stand tomatoes make a big difference.

Awesome. I doubled the recipe and left out a couple of the extra tomatoes..didn't want them to overpower the other ingredients.

Believe the hype! This is probably the best salsa I've ever eaten. One of the 4 tomatoes I used was locally grown (and thus awesome-tasting); the others were typical storebought. The mango and avocado were pretty good typical storebought produce. I think the local tomato made a significant difference, but this is going to taste awesome no matter what. My girlfriend also raved about it. This is not just a condiment-- You can also mix with black beans and serve over orzo. Delicious, easy and very satisfying meal!

I thought this was absolutely amazing! Everyone who tasted this loved it. I did decrease the olive oil down to 1 1/2 Tbsp. I also decreased the garlic the second time I made it because it was a bit much. I used less tomato because I wasn't sure how the flavors would go together, and I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but it was delicious. I also added some fresh minced green chili's and extra lime juice and a bit of fesh cilantro. The fresh lime juice and cilantro make a huge difference. I make this at least once a week now! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for this recipe. I won first place for a salsa contest we had at our church picnic. Hallelujah! It was my first time making salsa ever! I tripled the recipe and it ended up being a little too salty, so I added a few more tomatoes and some pineapple chunks. P.S. Don't forget to wear gloves when chopping the jalapenos! I learned my lesson the hard way.

I love this salsa. I didn't put in the avacado, and I majorly decreased the jalapeno. It is absolutely delicious. It tastes similar to a mango salsa that I love to buy from Costco
