Wow! Outstanding!! This has become my favorite to take to all get togethers. I always bring copies of the recipe because people love it so much! I will be making this many times a year for as long as I can still use a knife!! :)

I really liked this salsa. I like to add extra mango so the flavor of it doesn't get lost in all the others.

I love avocado so I doubled up as suggested by some other reviewers and that may have been my problem with this recipe. Although the taste was nice, it was not visually appealing. Maybe my avocados were just too ripe but they coated all of the other ingrediants as I gently mixed the recipe. The recipe was good but not good enough that I will look no further.

Excellent fresh flavors! Cannot bring myself to eat cooked or bottled/canned salsa anymore... this is so much better. I usually reduce the chuck size by mixing in a food processor very sparingly. A little work but very worth the effort. Don't forget to chill in the fridge for 20-30 min as it really helps to marry the flavors together.

The whole family loved this salsa! I added one more jalapeno pepper and more cilantro. I served with tortilla chips. The mango made this a favorite with the kids.

Made this without the Jalapeno pepper and it is still a 5 Star recipe. I serve it over fish and have served it with tortilla chips. Wish my hubby could tolerate a Jalapeno pepper!

Very good and light. But also mild. Add more peppers/spices if you like it with at least a little kick.

Such a great refreshing salsa. I don't like things spicy so I left out the heat, but still tasted delicious. It makes a huge difference when your mango and avocado are perfectly ripe so if necessary, plan ahead since not all grocery stores carry ripe ones. I paired the salsa with pita chips either Stacy's Simply Naked or Parmesan Garlic, both worked nicely.

nice salsa, just way too labor intensive for me - esp. since i doubled the recipe. if i were to make it again i'd add another mango cos that was a neat addition to the salsa and there's room for more of it. thanks.

WARNING: DO NOT HANDLE JALAPENO PEPPERS WITHOUT GLOVES. This was my first attempt at any kind of salsa and I did not realize the severity of a Jalapeno burn. 6 hours later and I am still in a lot of pain. The recipe turned out great but not worth it for me. Will handle with care next time!

Very good! I planned on making this recipe exactly as indicated but my mango was funky, so subbed in a nectarine instead. Aside from that, followed the directions and it was great! Very tasty! :)

A very welcome change from the standard salsa. Didn't look as chunky as the picture the first time I made it. The next time, I used mangos that were on the verge of being ripe, but not soft yet. Gave the salsa a great texture, and the flavor was still great. Will definitely make this again and again and again. My sister-in-law, said she would not make it as it was too labor intensive for her, until she tasted it. She quickly changed her mind.
