Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 4 slices pepper bacon, sauteed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together avocado, slaw dressing, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil until well blended. Fold tomatoes, cilantro, bacon and onion into avocado mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
