I loved this! Definitely an interesting taste at first, but very delicious. Was a big hit at our avocado-themed book/food club :) Used 3 medium avocados and doubled everything else. I also used a splenda/sugar blend instead of plain white sugar.

This was 'interesting.' I can't say I loved it, but it wasn't too bad either - one of those things that's kind of hard to describe and maybe it's an 'acquired' taste over time. I was so curious, I had to try it. I did cut the recipe in half to try.

This was awesome. I always make it with cocoa but I like this way (no caffeine.) I used coconut milk and pure maple syrup!

Hey everybody, listen to Craig and his mom! This is good stuff! It is easy to make and really very tasty. I served mine chilled, with a dallop of whipped cream and some almond slivers, just to make it a little fancier for my guests. They loved it!

I was shocked!!! It's so good. Of course, I substituted a few things though. I used 1 TBSP of organic maple syrup instead of the sugar. Then, I used almond milk instead of cow's milk. DELICIOUS!!!
