this recipe is very similar to my mother's and it was always a big hit with the family, at home and at larger family gatherings in summer and fall. She didn't use parsley, but I don't think she cared for it, or maybe she thought all the kids wouldn't eat it. And she probably used cider vinegar, simply because that was what she kept a good supply of for other salads.

I did not care for this recipe. I decided to double the sauce as previous posters have mentioned. Way too vinegar-y.

This is a great version of German Patato Salad...... I made it yesterday with Schniztel and let me tell ya, it didn't last long at all. It was really easy to make but even better to eat! I wanted more but I have to wait another day to make it again. I totally hope that whomever wants to try this to do it.....DELICIOUS and definitely one of my favorite recipes to put in my menu box!

Fantastic! I've made this three times now and I have enjoyed it each time. Using a red onion adds color. To cut calories, sugar and salt, I prefer to use one TBLS prepared bacon bits (sauteed), 1.5 TBSP sugar, and no extra salt. I used parsley twice, and the third time green onions. Delicious both ways. Thank you for a great recipe!

I don't really like potato salad from the store, but am sharing lunches with a gluten free friend. This looked decent, but tasted great and calorie count was quite good.

I doubled the recipe and found there was way way too much sugar. I am trying to re- create my mother inlaw's recipe. I was sadly disappointed. I'm not saying it doesn't taste good, but it's not what I was looking for. I had to add vinegar and it needs more parsley and way less sugar
