So delicious!!! I've never had German potato salad before, nor made it, but this was so easy and delicious, and my boyfriend loved it too! I will definitely be making this again soon.

this recipe was so easy to make and turned out delicious. it wasn't too sweet or tart. i kept the peel on the red potatoes, i like the crunch. perfect side to bratwurst and kraut. thanks for the great recipe!

I followed directions exactly except I added some celery seed. It was only ok. I think it needs some flour to thicken up the mix. I will find a different recipe next time.

I lived in Germany for 4 years as a child and this is perfect!! Parsley is just for color, not taste, so if you don't hsve it don't freak out. Great departure from the everyday. I use sea salt to taste instead of table salt and fresh ground pepper.

I just made this for an Easer picnic and it was great!! This brought back so many memories of Germany, I loved it! I added a couple teaspoons of Bavarian Sweet Mustard and it gave it a beautiful flavor. Very good!!! Highly Reccommended

It was very very yummy! I made a triple batch for my husband's german themed birthday party. Everybody LOVED it! I usually make all low fat foods so this was definetely an indulgence for us. But every once in awhile is ok.

Really, really good! A great change from the usual mayonnaise-y potato salad made in my family. Very tangy and more substantial than the mayonnaise-y stuff. We liked it best served hot.
