Austrian Pancake

This is a great breakfast item, now a tradition for my family. It tastes like French toast without the bread! 

Mix up this cheesy puff pancake, then peek in the oven to see how high it's risen. You can leave out the cheese and serve it with confectioners' sugar or syrup instead. 

Delicious browned apples are the secret to this simple and hearty oven pancake. Very good when served with warm maple syrup.
