It was good, was simple, and a good 1 dish recipe, i skewed the amounts of potatoes, porkchops, and pan size, but it was still good. i also used cheddar jack cheese. i'd make it again.

cook the bacon first then cook the chops in the grease to add flavor and then add a tablespoon of sourcream and garlic powder as a coating on the chops or in the potatoes.This is a very tasty recipe though with just those few changes.

This was easy to make, and very quick. It was a little bland, though. Next time I make it I plan to season the pork chops a little while browning to give it some more flavor.
