This was really really good. I used a whole packet of taco seasoning. It makes more than 4 servings.

This is an easy, tasty recipe and I will definately make this again! (Really nice on a cold fall night - comfort food). I substituted the corn with MexiCorn and added a bit of salsa. I adde my own taco seasoning because I find packaged stuff is too salty. The Au Gratin potatoes are always a little over salty, so try to use un-salted items. My husband and I really like this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it.

This is a delicious recipe. We aren't fond of canned tomatoes, so I substituted a drained can of black beans for the tomatoes and half the meat, used ground turkey, the whole packet of Lawry's taco seasoning, added a 7 ounce can of green chiles and because I didn't have the liquid from the tomatoes, I used an additional 3/4 cup water. If you cover it and bake at 450 (like the package directions say), it only takes half an hour! All in all, we really enjoyed this meal. Thanks!

I would give 4 stars for the taste, it did taste pretty good. But considering how my daughter cried and said it looked like throw-up on a plate, I have to give it 3 stars.

It was really easy to make. I also added onion to it and used the whole package of taco seasoning and after it cooked I put chives on top.

This was great! It started getting a bit dry 1/2 way through baking, so I added about 1/2 Cup salsa, then topped it with a ton of pepper jack cheese (we like things more on the spicy side). It was delicious and my picky kids even liked it!

Very decent. Eaten and enjoyed by all. Not something I may make often, though. And skipped the corn as I have some corn haters in the house. Kept the recipe otherwise intact. Thanks.

Very easy and very tasty. I made some minor changes/additions: used a can of tomatoes with green chilies, used the whole packet of taco seasoning, added cubed velvetta cheese while baking (I like cheese). This is definitely something I will make for dinners with the kids.

I thought this was really good! It was easy to make & tasted great. I may add a little more cheese next time because we love cheese, but I don't really think it's necessary to make it taste better. The only thing I did different was add the whole package of taco seasoning because I didn't want to waste what was left. I'll be making this again. Thanks!

Loved it! There wasn't any leftovers. There was a few things I did different though. I added more cheese and some onion. I didn't have any Au Gratin potatoes or stewed tomatoes so I use Scalloped potatoes and a can of Rotel. Thanks for sharing!

I liked this dish but I wanted it to be cheesier. Next time I think I will add some velveta and extra taco seasoning.

My family loved this dish. Especially my husband and son who don't like tomatoes they ate them all up! No leftovers. I put the whole packet of taco seasoning in to add some more zip to it. This one is a keeper.

Very tasty and simple to prepare! A nice warm, comfort food dish. Very good flavor. I did not have canned corn so I simply omitted it from the recipe and added an extra 1/2 cup of water. Turned out great. Reminiscent of a chili cheese fries flavor. Kids would love this one!
