I wasn't very impressed with this dish. My wife liked it but said it was lacking "something" ... maybe I will tweak it. I'm not sure I will make it again.

Enjoyable recipe. Very easy to prepare, although we found it a bit bland. Next time I will add garlic and a bit of Parmesan cheese.

While this recipe was quick and simple, it turned out very dry and not nearly as flavorful as expected. I would recommend covering this with aluminum foil either the entire baking time or at least halfway through. I would also suggest some garlic powder and celery salt to give it a kick. Probably won't try again.

Made this last night and it was very yummy even though it was not visually appetizing. We couldn't dish it out fast enough for our toddler. I left it in the oven for 45 minutes and the potatoes were still "chewy" instead of tender..so would leave in for 50-55 minutes next time..but this was a cookers error and not the recipe. Will make this again. Thanks.

Very yummy comfort food. I pureed the onions so that picky eaters wouldn't see them...added seasoning salt and pepper while browning beef...otherwise very good cozy meal. highly suggest spicing it up though.

This was easy to make and there was hardly any left over for the next day. Me and my husband both went back for seconds.

Comfort food at it's best. Very quick and easy. My teenage son came back for seconds and thirds. I prepared this casserole on the stovetop, simmered it for about 15 minutes until the potatoes were done. Thanks for sharing.
