INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Sesame Seed
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, soy sauce, ground mustard, and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Toast sesame seeds in a small, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  3. Steam asparagus until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes. Place steamed asparagus on platter; pour dressing over asparagus. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
