This is a wonderful recipe! I do not like Asparagus, but for some reason can't seem to get enough of this. I mixed oil and balsamic together in a ziploc bag then marinade the Asparagus before cooking.

Good stuff, my husband and I loved the asparagus prepared this way. My 7yo daughter who wolfes down my usual steamed asparagus did not like this at all. More for the grownups!!

I made this for Easter and it was fantastic. I put it in the oven as we sat down to have our salads and it was done just at the right time for the main course. A definite keeper.

This was the hit! I forgot the balsamic vinegar but nobody seemed to care. Served with Easter dinner. Nice and quick...cooked while the turkey was being carved. Thanks for the post, Kimber!

Great flavor. Make sure you serve immediately from the oven otherwise it gets cool quickly and the vinegar doesn't soak in with the asparagus.

I thought this was a delicious and easy way to fix asparagus. Much better than steaming in my opinion and eliminates the need to make a sauce. We didn't have any balsamic vinegar so I squeezed half a lemon over it--it was delicious and fresh-tasting. Will definitely be making this again.

I thought this was okay but everyone else in my family just did not like it. The Parmesan cheese taste with the balsamic vinegar just was not for us. Sorry
