2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
salt to taste
ground white pepper to taste
1 large orange - peeled, sectioned, and cut into large pieces
1/2 cup chopped cashews
finely grated orange zest for garnish
This was very good.I added some lemon juice and squeezed half another orange into it gave it more flavor.Will definatly make again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the orange cream sauce! I will be making this again! Only a minor swap of mandarin oranges as opposed to a navel orange. Served w/ Cajun Spiced Chicken (AR) and wild rice.
