It was a bit bland, I think maybe a little bit of dry mustard and some onion would help to flavour it up. I usually make stratas 'sandwhich style', but I liked cubing the bread because the strata got all puffy and golden. I used the crusts too or there wouldn't have been enough bread just usually normal bagged bread.
