Great recipe. I did steam the asparagus for the top then put it in ice water to stop cooking. It was still very green but not crunchy. I fixed this for my bridge group and they loved it.

Loved this quiche and would highly recommend. Added my own sliced cold tomatoes from my garden.

My family loved it! I followed the recipe exactly as it was written, except I steamed the asparagus instead of boiled it, and it came out perfectly. It was easy to make and looks pretty too. Even my sister, who dislikes quiche, thought it was good. It's a definite keeper.

We loved this quiche! It is very easy to make, bakes quickly, and tastes wonderful. We had some extra shredded Monterey Jack, so I used that instead of the Swiss, and it tasted great. Thanks for the recipe!

This was delicious. I used a mixture of mozarella & parmesan instead of swiss. I also used 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup half & half instead of the 1 1/2 cups light cream. If I make it again, I will lighten up on the cream just a little.
