From my friend Tasneem - an easy recipe to prepare, resulting in a downright sophisticated dish. Asparagus and pasta are tossed with a cheesy mushroom sauce.

The name says it all! Fresh asparagus is simmered with garlic and light cream, and served atop linguine pasta. Serve with shredded cheese, if desired.

Red wine vinegar gives a piquant edge to sauteed garlic, Portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers and zucchini. Toss the mixture with bow tie pasta, and serve with grated Parmesan.
