I was in a rush and forgot to add the parmesan and it was still so delicious. Quick and easy recipes are my favorite. This will become a regular in my house.

This was a great way to enjoy asparagus, especially for a cheese lover. I melted 1 Tbsp of butter in the pan, and then just added enough olive oil to coat the pan (didn't measure it). Seemed to work pretty well. I also didn't measure out the cheese, I just sprinkled it on until it looked like the amount I wanted.

This was excellent! The only "tweaking" I did was to cut back on the oil as others suggested, add garlic to the butter and oil to saute a little and then added the asparagus. I was out of fresh parmesan so I added grated parmesan. It was really quite delicious.

This recipe was so delicious! A added mushrooms to bulk to up which made it even tastier. My husband actually said that after eating it, he now understands why people eat vegtables! Its now on my weekly cooking rotation.

Very good! Quick and easy - my picky husband even enjoyed! Might cut down on the amount of oil next time. Had quite a bit of oil left over in the pan and on the asparagus, even after draining. Will make again.
