Excellent brunch dish! I substituted the swiss for cheddar as that is all I had on hand and the 'puff' came out wonderful!! I also topped this with bacon wrapped toasted asparagus with homeade hollandaise and it was still very tasty. I am sure that you could top this in many creative ways and it would be great!
