These were tasty, healthy and very filling when served with sour cream and salsa. I will be keeping this recipe for the future, it was quick and easy. I did not change a thing about the directions and only added the sour cream and salsa at the end to accompany.

Fabulous recipe - the asparagus is so different. I followed others' advice and used the "super fajita marinade" for 8-12hr; addded whole red and yellow bell pepper, halved and sliced onion, cut asparagus spears in half, and omitted sweetcorn. Served filling in a big dish, with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and iceberg on the side for everyone to build their own. Big hit with all, even the in-laws! (great for those doing Atkins - use carb-free tortillas)

These were okay, but I think they would have been even better in a pita shell! My husband thought that it would be good with the asparagus on the side rather than IN it. I added salsa and sour cream to mine and it made them so good!

Very Good! I marinated the chicken in "Super Fajita Marinade" from this website and added 1 tsp. cumin and a dash of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. I placed the chicken on the grill pand and let it cook and then added the vegetables and allowed them to cook, but not get too flimsy. It was a big hit! *UPDATE* I quickly put this together with pan fried asparagus and grilled chicken and used chummus on the wraps - So good!

It was agreat recipe to introduce my family to asparagus. The chicken is tasty and the vegetables are delicious. I used whole wheat tortillas to make it a healthier meal.

Absolutely loved this recipe! My family couldn't get enough and even suggested we make it again the next day! I didn't have any corn so I did omit that part, but I didn't miss it at all! Really worth making!

I was expecting this to be bland and flavorless.....boy was I WRONG!! I marinated the chicken in the dressing as it defrosted - so it sat marinating overnight. Instead of frying in oil, I fried in 2-3 Tbsp of the dressing, I used an entire can of corn so it didn't go to waste, and I doubled the lemon juice, and seasonings. I will certainly be making this again!

hubby liked it but I thought it had a little too much of an italian dressing taste. kind of over powered the asparagus.

These fajitas had a good light flavor. I also didn't marinate the chicken. I cooked the chicken until almost heated thru, then removed them from the pan. Then I cooked the onions and peppers, added the asparagus and chicken, then added the dressing and lemon and cooked on medium until everything was fully cooked. This recipe doesn't need precise measurements to turn out well. I also added salsa and cilantro at the end. Overall a good easy recipe

Very good. My husband, who doesn't care for asparagus, even liked this one. I didn't have time to marinate the chicken in the fridge for 4 hours so I used the dressing like you would use fajita seasoning and stirred it in with the ingredients after they were cooked through.

I was disappointed in these....very bland and didn't care for the corn in them. Tried the leftovers with egg noodles, still not thrilled-won't make again.

these fajitas turned out awesome !!! the only thing that i did different was instead of marinating the chicken , i used the dressing and lemon juice to cook the veggies and chicken and allowed to simmer until the juices evaporated , it gave it amazing flavour !!! definitly will make again !

These were just delicious! I didn't use any oil, just a bit of cooking spray in the skillet. Also didn't have any corn but they were wonderful anyway! These are so healthy. My husband loved them-- he usually only eats the greasy beef fajitas.
