"With a saucy ham and asparagus filling, these savory crepes make a lovely dinner. They're a wonderful change of pace from everyday fare."

DIRECTIONS
For crepe batter, beat eggs and milk in a small mixing bowl. Combine flour and sugar; add to egg mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat a lightly greased 8-in. nonstick skillet; pour 3 tablespoons batter into the center of skillet. Lift and tilt pan to evenly coat bottom. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed. When cool, stack crepes with waxed paper between.
In a small bowl, combine the soup, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg. Set aside 1/4 cup. Add the chicken, asparagus and ham to remaining soup mixture. Spoon 2 tablespoonfuls over each crepe; roll up tightly. Place seam side down in a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Spoon reserved soup mixture over crepes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Gradually fold cream into mayonnaise. Spread over crepes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Broil 6 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

THIS WAS GREAT!!!!! My husband likes very plain food. When I put this on the table he said "Kentucky Fried Chicken would be better". Then, after trying it, he thought it was excellent. The last step of putting cream and mayo on top and then broiling sounded different but believe me, it made it wonderful. The only thing I changed was that after filling the crepes I put the fold on top so nothing would run out the bottom - it turned out perfect.

This recipe was absolutely wonderful. There was nothing left over. However, I did make a few changes. Instead of using ham, I boiled 3 chicken breasts in chicken broth and Adolbo Seasoning with cumin. Then I shredded the chicken instead of chopped. I also used 2 cans cream of chicken & mushroom soup and added the adolbo seasoning to the soup mixture. I also used a bundle of asparagus instead of 1 cup. I found that I needed to double the crepe mixture and instead of using oil for the crepes, I found that spraying the skillet with a non-stick spray before each crepe worked a lot better. I also found that lifting the pan from the heat before pouring the batter worked better. Thanks for this recipe. I'll be making this quite frequently.

I made this recipe for the first time the other night. I was worried about making the crepe since I never did it before. After the firs two, I got the hang of it by watching the edges. When they started to lightly brown and lift away from the pan, it was time to flip. I was using a nonstick skillet and cooking spray. I thought the crepes would be a little heavy but they weren't. They made a very nice meal that everyone enjoyed. I will definitely make this again.

This was absolutely amazing!! I would give it 6 stars! I followed this recipe to a tee and did so with little confidence. On paper the recipe did not seem like it would be good and for this reason had a backup pizza for my picky pizza loving husband. Pizza was never touched. Of all the many things that I have made for him, THIS WAS THE BIGGEST HIT!! So many thanks for this one!!

I was terrified to make crepes, but it turned out to be relatively easy! (I watched the how-to video on this site first; very helpful!) This dinner was light, yet filling, and delicious. I doubled the sauce, as other suggested, but don't know if it was really necessary. I will make this again for sure!

These were delicious. I doubled my chicken and soup mixture and left everything else as is and my family loved them. The crepes were very easy to make and held up perfect. This is a new meal we will all enjoy for a long time.

Here is a recipe to make if you want to impress those future in-laws or the boss! It is gourmet quality, but, easily assembled in your own kitchen. I made it for Easter to rave reviews. It is super rich & fattening, so, it will probably only be served for special occasions--but, boy, it will be worth the wait! :)

I really liked this one! This as my first experience making crepes and they turned out perfect. I don't even have a crepe pan! I thought the cream/mayo topping sounded weird, but it was wonderful. I've made these with bacon and ham and I like it both ways. Thanks!
