Great recipe. One warning though. Do not try to prepare these roll ups in advance. I was hosting a girls night at my house on a Friday evening so I decided to prepare the roll ups on Thursday to save myself some time. The cream sauce absorbed into the tortilla and tasted very bland. No worries though. I just whipped up another batch of the sauce and we dunked the roll-ups into it. Yumm!***update** I've since made these omitting the tortilla entirely, so much better! Thanks for the tip Harriet!
