Excellent - super - love that flavor! I did not use tortillas - rolled them up and tied with chives. Better that way!

This was great! I recommend using softened cream cheese in place of the whipping cream for a more substantial spread and doubling the amount of spread. I used 2 asparagus spears per roll. Be sure to roll very tightly and use some of the spread to seal edges before rolling in plastic wrap and refrigerating. I will definitely make these again with these mods.

If you are preparing this recipe for a big group, you may wish to double it. The recipe as written doesn't make a whole lot; just enought to cover one plate or so. Next time I may increase the whipped cream mixture because two tablespoons per tortilla creates only a thin residue on each tortilla. Experiment and see what you think. I took them to my family's Christmas get-together and every last one was eaten.

Great recipe. One warning though. Do not try to prepare these roll ups in advance. I was hosting a girls night at my house on a Friday evening so I decided to prepare the roll ups on Thursday to save myself some time. The cream sauce absorbed into the tortilla and tasted very bland. No worries though. I just whipped up another batch of the sauce and we dunked the roll-ups into it. Yumm!

These were really delicious and so easy to make. I made a little extra sauce and used 5 tortillas. I used 2 slices of beef per tortilla as my slices weren't large enough to cover. I also used 2 spears of asparagus per roll up. Make sure to roll up very tight or the asparagus will fall out when your guests go to pick it up off the platter. This will definately be made for future parties. Really easy and looks great.
