I thought this salad was delicious. It was a refreshing change from a typical "salad". I followed the advice of some other reviewers and made extra of the dressing. I also added a little bit extra balsamic, because I love it. Additionally, I blanched the asparagus instead of cooking them in the microwave. Delicious!

This was a great combination of my favorite veggies. The olive oil/balsamic vinegar combination made the salad - this is a keeper!

Delicious! I left out the mushrooms because I didn't have any and the red onion because I don't care for it. Otherwise I made it exactly as written and couldn't stop eating it.

Made this for dinner last night, followed exactly except used a few less mushrooms and 1 additional avacado. This was very tastey. Very light and refreshing. Went very well with grilled chicken. Can't wait to see how it tastes today. Next time I may make a little more of the dressing.

I made this as a side dish to accompany grilled chicken and it was awesome. I used a lot of extra veggies, so next time I might double the dressing for more flavor.

This was so good, very fresh, perfect for spring. I made this for a dinner party and it was unanimously agreed that it was the highlight. I added grape tomatoes instead of chopping up a large tomato - saved me some work and was very tasty.

I just got home from the grocery store and bought asparagus (on sale) and three 1/2 price avocados from the marked down bin. I decided to skim through some recipes and I'm sure glad I did! This dish is fantastic! I used regular mustard and pureed garlic from a jar and it still turned out great. And so easy to make!

Girls loved it. Boys thought it was OK. I would recommend this as a dish at a girl's luncheon, or a dish at a potluck.

This was a big hit! I didn't have any red onion but added half a sweet red pepper and a stalk of celery and a dash of onion powder. My husband and I had it for supper with baked talapia and the next day he ate all of the leftovers when I was at work! He said it was even better the next day.

Very good way to get some of my favorite veggies in one meal. I did roast my asparagus, and sauteed all the other veggies except the avocado and tomato. Personal preference, I just don't like raw veggies. I halved the thyme in the dressing as I don't care for that spice. It was a very good combo that I will make again. Thanks for sharing!

I love this salad! It takes a little longer than other salads to make because of all the ingredients, but the dressing is easy and very universal. I always have trouble fitting a lot of vegetables into my diet, but this definitely makes it much easier. I did find that there was too much onion for me though, so I usually I will put 3/4 the amount recommended.

This is SO GOOD! It complimented perfectly the Salmon Patties that I made. This is a keeper! Next time, I might try adding some type of feta or goat cheese to the mix. WONDERFUL!

This salad has a great mix of veggies and a light, but flavorful dressing. DH even ate (2) helpings, even though he doesn't like avocado, asparagus, or raw zuchinni much. Will definitely make this one again! Thank you, for a delicious & healthy recipe!

My husband brought home one of those BIG bundles of asparagus from Costco, and I was looking for a new way to use asparagus. I originally picked this recipe because it uses two of my favorite vegies - asparagus and avocado - but I couldn't find any good avocados at the grocer's (good for guacamole, but not for this), so we had it without, and I don't think we missed a thing! In fact, the avocado might have been too much of a good thing, but will try the salad with it next time. We all gave it 2-thumbs up - thanks for a new way to serve one of my favorite vegies!
