“This is the most moist, fabulous tasting meatloaf--everyone loves it! The Hoisin sauce is available in the Oriental Food Section of the grocery store... it is like cross between soy and ketchup, and makes a wonderful glaze for this moist meatloaf. We love this dish. Very moist. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. A wonderful dinner. Leftovers make great sandwiches.”

My family really really liked this.. a great "twist" on the same old meatloaf. Moist, easy to make. My Mother in law thought I was so clever to serve this version of meatloaf!

I made this just as written and had to scrape off the topping....all that Hoisin sauce completely overpowered a great meatloaf. Surely this was a typo that should have read 1/2c catsup & 2T Hoisin..... although I had better luck with 1/4c catsup & 1-2 teaspoons Hoisin....but the meatloaf itself is wonderful.

We loved this recipe--it's replaced our standard version as "THE" meatloaf recipe of our house. Very moist and more interesting than your average meatloaf!

I really liked this recipe and liked it even better when my husband commented on how good it was. It gives a great new taste to old meatloaf. It really was moist and easy to prepare.
