This wasn't bad...but it was too thick on the flavors on the marinade. If you don't like the flavor of salmon, it might be good, but for us living here in Seattle, this ruined the delicate flavor of the fish. We will not be having this again.

Excellent overall taste! I'm not a big fan of salmon but with this mix of ingredients I had to try it. My husband loved it and so did I. I'll definitely have to make it again. This recipe is almost as delicious as the Soy Ginger Salmon from this site. YUM!

I really enjoyed this recipe. I took some serious liberties with it and my salmon still turned out really well. I used a frozen salmon, didn't marinate it and left out the dill and sesame oil because I didn't have any. I also some how forgot about the water and used red finely diced red onion. Regardless, the salmon was still delicious.

Easy to make and delicious. We used 1 pound of salmon, with reduced portions for the marinade, and the sauce mostly evaporated during baking - I will definitely increase the quantity of marinade next time.

Fantastic! Flavorful yet not overbearing. A wonderful recipe! I did white rice with veggie broth instead of dill rice but the salmon is the important part anyway and it was wonderful.

Great Recipe! Prepared it for my husband who says he doesn't like Salmon, but loves Chinese food. Well now he likes Asian Salmon! The sauce is delicious, I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and made extra! Delicious!

My husband and I loved this dish. My husband said it was the best salmon he has ever had. I don't think we will be able to order salmon at a resteraunt again. Thank you!!!

Made it for a non-salmon eater who loved it! I wasn't as impressed with the sauce as most people seem to have been, but it was mostly my personal preferences I believe. Thanks for a great recipe!

My boyfriend and I love salmon and we loved this recipe. I added a tablespoon of minced ginger, and though I only used a pound of salmon, I made the whole amount of sauce, which seemed like just the right amount. It was fantastic.

I absolutely love it. It's so simple. I used fresh onion instead of dried. I liked it for the texture. I wish I did make extra sauce. Overall I think it made for a light flavor that doesn't overpower the salmon. I made it for a potluck meeting and it disappeared fast. I think the small left over portion was courtesy as being the host.

This was FANTASTIC - I was cooking for two so used just over 1lb of Salmon but used the prescribed amount of sauce ingredients at the suggestion of other reviewers. Was hoping for a some leftovers but DH made them disappear. Didn't have dill so served with basimati rice & steamed veges.
