I would give this 5 stars, except I had to double the sauce to make this suit our tastes. Once you double that, it's perfect!

Great meal for a summer night. I pretty much followed the ingredients, except used regular sesame oil, and fresh grated ginger. I'm all for easy and so cooked the ground beef and other ingredients together, my beef was very lean, so not much fat to drain. Topped with grated carrots and diced green onions. The husband sprinkled some grated cheese on his...not me it was terrific just as written. Will be making this one again.

This was delicious! I made it exactly as written except my Asian chile pepper sauce had gone MIA...weird...Looking forward to getting a new bottle of sauce and trying it again. Thanks, Rachel!

Soo good! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and fresh ginger instead of pickled. Definitely make the sauce that is suggested by another reviewer: 1tsp sesame oil, 2T soy sauce, 2T rice vinegar, 1Tchile paste **I also added chopped cilantro. and served limes to sqeeze on the side. yummo!
