This recipe was fantastic! Super garlic-y and onion-y. Used chicken instead of beef and it was great!

Oh my!! These are wonderful!!! I did as others suggested...2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp chile sauce (adds a good kick). Also, didn't have pickled ginger so used fresh ginger. Also added some shredded carrots. We will be having these again soon!

Terrific! I didn't have water chestnuts so I added cellery, chopped cashews and bean sprouts! Great!

Delicious! I too grated some carrots and used them as a topping and added saracha sauce to the mixture and left it on the table for my hothead husband. I would just buy romaine lettuce, so you get a better lettuce to filling ratio, not to mention the butter lettuce leaves get tiny fast and costs $1-2 more a head. Thanks for the great recipe.

Easy to make & to adjust ingredients to our palate. Used ground turkey which turned out great!

John and I really loved this recipe. I made a few changes to it (taking out some stuff we didn't care for and substituting turkey for beef and low fat or low sodium options for health purposes) and it was still "a keeper," according to him. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a meal they can easily custom to their own desires and eat without any regrets. I also made a sweet maple dill carrot recipe to go alongside it as a side dish and we were both full and happy.
