Three parts to this crunchy and refreshing salad. A cabbage and green onion part ...a ramen noodle, toasted almonds and sesame seed part ...and a yummy seasoned lemon juice and oil part. Bring them together and you have the fabulous Bok Choy Salad.

Bok Choy is one of my favorite vegetables. It has its own spiciness that is complimented by the sweetness of the sauce in this recipe. I like to serve this with grilled shrimp and steamed rice. For variety, I sometimes add a small amount of lemon zest just before serving.

Straying from bok choy's usual Asian flair, this lovely, bright pink salad brings together crunchy bok choy, earthy beets, and the sharp flavors of feta and garlic.

This is hands down the best salad that I've ever had. A homemade vinaigrette perfectly accents this simple salad of fresh baby bok choy, green onions, and toasted almonds.

When you need a bright and tasty pasta salad, toss rotini pasta with a mixture of oil, sugar and a ramen noodle flavor packet. Thinly sliced carrots and crispy sugar snap peas add color and crunch.

Quick, colorful and oh so tasty, this pasta salad gets its distinctive flavor from ready-made Asian-style salad dressing. Lightly blanched broccoli and snow peas along with red pepper and red onions add to the fun.
