I used ribeye because it was on sale. It was flavorful and moist. I tripled the recipe as suggested in the reviews and that made a perfect amount.

What a fun, quick & unique recipe! I agree with a few others that the sauce needs to be doubled, and I felt the need to add salt & pepper. Other than that, this was fantastic. I can't wait to try this with shrimp & chicken.

Instead of snow peas, I used sugar snap peas and that turned out great!

Great flavor combination. I made it as stated with the addition of muchrooms and red bell peppers. I am a salty kind of girl and it was a bit too salty for me. I suggest either cutting down on the soy sauce or using the low sodium soy sauce. I did double the sauce to put over rice:-) Yum!

My husband and I did not like this dish. The ginger and rice vinegar was too overpowering. The meat became overcooked when I was waiting for the sauce to thicken. This recipe does not taste like an authentic Asian dish. Will definitely not make again.

This recipe was delicious! I have made it before and it became one of my "stand-by" stirfry recipes for a quick weekday meal. However, I had not made it in a while as I became a semi-vegetarian (I still eat chicken and turkey once in a while). Last night, I made this with left over seitan (I made the Tasty Breaded Seitan from this site) and it was really good. I just tried seitan (which is processed wheat gluten for those who don't know) for the first time last week. Although it looked very unappetizing in the package, it was really good and tasted like beef. I really liked it with this sauce from this recipe and with some sauteed onions, snow peas, and red and green bell pepper it was delicious! This recipe will be a "stand by" once again with seitan!

This was an excellent "quick fix meal." Our beef came out a little tough, but the flavor was great and it is a super easy recipe. This might also be good with some water chestnuts or other items in it.

This was really easy and really authentic tasting. I used beef chuck 7 bone pot roast due to a good deal at the market. It came out great. I would double the sauce next time though.

This recipe is great for so many reasons. It's quick to put together, very versatile, healthy, & yumyumyummy. My family loves ginger & this recipe hit the spot for us. I did double the sauce recipe as suggested by other reviewers. If you like lots of sauce then triple or quadruple it. Thanks for sharing this genius recipe!

Really enjoyed this. The meat was very tender. We added in other stir fry veggies we liked to make the dish go further. Great addition to my weeknight repertoire!

Used apple cider vinegar (all I had) and sugar snap peas. Made 1.5 times the sauce and was enough. Served over brown rice. Good!

Per other suggestions, I doubled the sauce and since I didn't have rice wine I used the red wine vinegar - the sauce was overpowering and there was too much of it. Will try again with the rice wine - the meat and snow peas were cooked perfectly though.

My fiance and I loved this recipe. My only problem was there wasn't enough sauce. I did double it like others said to do, and also added a tbsp of worchestershire sauce, but it wasn't enough for us! I think I may even double it again! We like our veggies and rice smothered in sauce as well. It's a great, easy recipe, that can be changed up with whatever vegetables you ahve on hand, or switch out rice for thai or egg noodles. Will definately be making this many times in the future.
